Dear Brinley,

I can't even find words to describe how loved you are. You are the happiest baby I have ever met.  You smile at everyone and are able to make every person who sees you feel special for making you smile. Making people feel special and loved is such a gift,  one that I hope you're able to keep for your whole life. Your smile is absolutely contagious,  I haven't met anyone who hasn't gushed about your smile and how sweet you are;  and they're totally right.

You are growing up too fast for my liking. You've started sitting up on your own and it makes my heart ache to know that soon you'll be on the move and refusing mama's snuggles. But on the flip side,  soon you and Michael will be in the playroom giggling uncontrollably and playing with cars and dolls together. And that is worth trading my mama snuggles if just for a short time.
