○ Smiling, begrudgingly working on neck control, cooing, tracking g with her eyes, and grasping things.

Dearest Brinley,

Have I told you lately how absolutely precious you are? You are such a joy to have in our lives. Michael has always had a tender heart but ever since you've joined our family his heart seems to have grown ten fold. He rushes to your side when you cry, wears your headbands, makes sure you are never without a pacifier,  lays with you on the bed and your play mat, and is always saying, "Brinley so sweet, mom!" While he rubs your arm.

You will always be the one that made him a big brother, an oldest child, and a loving friend. He will be your first true friend and you will be his.  You will grow together and I hope that you will always stay close to one another in every trial that you both will go through in this life. A big brother, a good big brother, is such a blessing. You will drive one another crazy and you will cheer one another on.

I can hardly wait to see you two grow together as time passes.  Thank you for being Michael's little sister.  You are loved more than you could possibly imagine.
