Fall...and haboobs.

Fall is here!! Well, for this week anyway....it will probably be warm again next week. Oooooh West Texas... Nevertheless I have full on decorated our entire apartment with Fallesque things! Cute scarecrows, pumpkins, fall flowers, etc... Basically, if you name it, I probably have it here somewhere!

With fall though came a haboob. Yes, I said haboob.

haboob

strong wind that occurs along the southern edges of the Saharain The Sudan and is associated with large sandstorms andduststorms and may be accompanied by thunderstorms. It usuallylasts about three hours, is most common during the summer, andmay blow from any direction. A haboob may transport hugequantities of sand or dust, which move as a dense wall that canreach a height of 900 metres (about 3,000 feet). The termhaboob is taken from the Arabic word habb meaning wind.

So basically that and tests has been my week! Enjoy! :)
